These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and cuci777 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and other features available through the cuci777 website.

• Deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered in the member's own name
• Using another person's account to make deposits is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the cuci777 support team. Valid funds not subject to any active conditions will be returned upon completion of the identity verification process.

Cuci777 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Valid game results generated by an audited RNG system
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond cuci777's control, including network failures and power outages
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from security negligence on the member's part
• Losses arising from the use of inaccurate or outdated information provided by the member
• Third-party actions beyond the control of cuci777
